Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations program to enhance our hotel's image and position within the marketplace. This individual will direct sales and marketing initiatives throughout the year, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Leverage industry trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse groups, including socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
- A proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven, energetic, and focused, with a service-oriented style and professional presentation skills.
- Must possess high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A four-year college degree, preferably in Hospitality or Business.
