We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Emerson. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and order processing efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
Requirements
- 2-3 years of customer service management experience
- English Proficiency (Written & Oral) Level B2+/C1
- Proven ability to lead a team and develop process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
