Job Description:

As a member of our Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

This involves resolving non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for facilitating relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Technical skills in areas such as Electronic Support Services
