The Role

A Global Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, sales support, and operational expertise to our global customer database. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with customers from diverse industries and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing timely and effective communication to customers via phone, email, or other channels
  • Managing small accounts to grow volume and profitability
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
