**Agent Support Specialist - **Santa Ana/Costa Rica**

We'll be looking to review the Biller Support inbox for Biller requirements, account support, and any issues daily.
You'll track and follow through with the resolution of all requirements while creating reports to track trends on the day-to-day operational support required by our Billers.
You'll provide support to Billers regarding operational requirements, account support, and handling Biller affecting issues.
You will need to build and maintain biller relationships, provide escalated customer service, and promote biller loyalty.
You will be expected to consistently provide exceptional customer support, with the aim of not only addressing the immediate concerns but more importantly, earning the goodwill and loyalty in the process.
For this role, we will need you to have gained similar experience as an agent support specialist and understand the payments landscape.
You will need to have a track record of providing exceptional support and have handled and resolved client issues.
You will be required to not only support the customer but can maintain long-standing relationships with our billers.
