**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system, following established process flows and work instructions.
- Act as an internal representative, advocating for customer needs and ensuring their voice is heard within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both French and English (B2 level or higher), as you will be serving bilingual customers.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, enabling you to provide comprehensive technical assistance.
- Good typing speed to ensure efficient and effective support to our customers.
- Availability to work on-site, ensuring seamless collaboration with our dedicated team.
**Salary**: ₡700,000.00 - ₡738,000.00 per month
