Job Overview:
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus

**Salary**: From ₡600.00 per month
