Tek Experts is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Critical Situation Management & Escalation Team (CMET). This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support services to our premier enterprise customers.



In this role, you'll be responsible for managing high-severity issues, ensuring quality resolutions, and providing proactive communication to our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.



Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Communication: Deliver regular updates on case progress and resolution to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Case Management: Manage the incident lifecycle to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions.
