Job Description
We seek a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Support team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers and partners, ensuring seamless operation of our products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support for Omilia products and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical cases using knowledge, best practices, and tools
- Achieve individual and team KPIs while prioritizing tasks based on current situations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide timely assistance
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately
- Basic experience with case management and bug tracking platforms, such as Salesforce or Jira
