This role requires an experienced enterprise TAC engineer who's passionate about making an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a world-class technical support team.
  • Own and drive escalated support issues.
  • Contribute to incident response tasks as needed.
  • Assist with general support tickets as required.
  • Collaborate with managers, engineering, and product management on process improvement.
  • Drive weekly technical team calls with other leads.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
