As a member of the Support organization, your focus is on resolving non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding Electronic Support Services.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
- Provide technical guidance on Electronic Support Services
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support
- Collaborate with internal Oracle employees on customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
