We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Percona and help us continue to provide outstanding support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of technical support experience, strong English communication skills, and advanced expertise using a computer. They will be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, work independently, and collaborate with other teams to drive improvements to our customer experience.
