Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, partners, and field engineers. This includes troubleshooting complex computer systems, software, and networked systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide timely resolutions to their issues. You will also develop and maintain technical documentation, collaborate with engineering teams to investigate product bugs, and contribute to the development of automation techniques and diagnostic tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, partners, and field engineers
  • Troubleshoot complex computer systems, software, and networked systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
