About the Role

We're seeking an experienced technical support professional to join our team. In this role, you will report to one of our Support Team Managers and work with team members across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to our customers via phone and webform submissions
  • Make outbound calls and take inbound calls supporting Smartsheet products
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
  • Partner with customers to understand their individual requirements and provide personalized solutions
  • Meet individual performance metrics on speed, resolution, and accuracy
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and over the phone
  • Experience in customer service roles, supporting customers from different backgrounds and locations
  • Technical support experience in a SaaS environment
  • Flexibility in working hours, as this role may require work outside standard business hours
