Job Description:
The Ovation Product Specialist role involves providing technical support and assistance to our customers and internal stakeholders. This includes fostering a positive environment for work and professional growth, working as a team player, and maintaining or improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include performing base customer support activities, providing technical support for Ovation software and hardware products, coordinating technical support processes, and continuously increasing one's technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is required.
- Experience with Ovation products and associated systems is a plus.
- An advanced level of English (B2) is required, and additional languages are advantageous.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in a formal environment are necessary.
