**Product Support Role:**

We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.

**Responsibilities Include:**

- Identifying and resolving technical issues through expert analysis and troubleshooting.
- Providing expert guidance on product-related inquiries.
- Working closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless issue resolution.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

- Relevant experience in technical support (1-2 years).
- Strong command of the English language (C1 level).
- Previous experience in display support and color management is an advantage.
