About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Product Support Engineer to join our team at Emerson. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for our Ovation product suite, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Emerson's Ovation products
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and product quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Advanced technical knowledge of process control and power generation concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
