Job Summary
">We're looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team of technical experts. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and developing new solutions to expand our service.
">Responsibilities
">- Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal teams and external customers
">- Develop and implement new solutions to expand our service offerings
">- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects
">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">- 5+ years experience in the design, planning, implementation, and management of IT solutions
">- 3+ years of experience implementing, troubleshooting, and administrating M365 suite, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
">- Proficiency with PowerShell and building automation solutions
