- Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal teams and external customers

- Develop and implement new solutions to expand our service offerings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 5+ years experience in the design, planning, implementation, and management of IT solutions

">

- 3+ years of experience implementing, troubleshooting, and administrating M365 suite, Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business

">

- Proficiency with PowerShell and building automation solutions
