We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team at Netser Group. This role involves providing advanced technical support to users via phone calls, with an average of 30 calls per day.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot issues related to mobile devices, including iPhone and iPad troubleshooting, battery health checks, and network settings resets.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
