At Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your technical expertise and passion for problem-solving to deliver exceptional support experiences to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. To succeed, you will need to possess excellent written and spoken English language skills, as well as a solid understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux systems administration.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of communicating complex technical concepts in simple terms, managing high-priority projects, and working successfully with limited supervision. If you have experience with Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory) and Cisco CCNA certification, that's a definite plus
