About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their complex technical concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements, analyze and resolve technical issues, and develop technical documentation to aid future troubleshooting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to network security
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve product defects
  • Work with sales teams to provide pre-sales support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
  • Expertise in remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
