Technical Resolution Expert Wanted

Elev8 is a pioneering organization that pushes the boundaries of innovation in the tech industry. As a Technical Resolution Expert, you will contribute to providing world-class technical support to our clients.

The Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team focuses on delivering comprehensive technical assistance to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients, specializing in the Azure cloud infrastructure.

This role requires collaboration with colleagues to solve complex technical problems for medium and large companies.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Identify areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all cases including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes.
  • Support the growth and development of junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • You should have technical proficiency and higher education classwork in IT or technical work, or Customer experience.
  • You must be enthusiastic about technology and well-versed in its applications.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills in both written and oral English.
  • You should enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
  • You should be committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
