Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our customers and partners, ensuring seamless operation of our products and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support for Omilia products and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical cases using knowledge, best practices, and tools
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs while prioritizing tasks based on current situations
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide timely assistance
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic experience with case management and bug tracking platforms, such as Salesforce or Jira
