Support Team Overview

Our Support Teams operate 24/7, ensuring that our customers receive continuous assistance and support. We are looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide expert technical support for Omilia products and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical cases using knowledge, best practices, and tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate new features
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles to assist customers and partners

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic experience with case management and bug tracking platforms, such as Salesforce or Jira
