About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to our products and services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to aid in resolving customer issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in load balancing technologies (NetScaler preferred) and NAS devices
