About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to our products and services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to aid in resolving customer issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in load balancing technologies (NetScaler preferred) and NAS devices
