Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and software development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, identifying and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to resolve issues and improve products.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings to discuss technical issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and software development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
