About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer experience and success organization at Microsoft. As a technical resolution expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  1. You will respond to and resolve customer technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions and improve customer experience.
  2. You will participate in community forums to share knowledge and best practices.
  3. You will develop and maintain technical proficiency through training and readiness programs.
  4. You will contribute to product improvements by identifying potential defects and providing feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of technical support or consulting experience, or a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Azure, AWS cloud architecture, or similar Cloud SaaS experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with written and spoken English.
  • BI experience, including ETL, data warehousing management, data mining, report design, or development.
  • Heterogeneous database management systems, programming languages, and troubleshooting skills.
