">We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Technical Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical support to our customers and partners, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
">Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Delivering advanced technical software support to enterprise clients, including major US Fortune 100 companies.">
- Developing a deep understanding of the Splunk product suite, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting enhancements.">
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.">
- Documenting technical information, participating in online forums, and engaging with Splunk users to address their queries.">
- Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.">
Requirements for Success
">- ">
- Proven experience working with UNIX (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX), Windows, and Mac OS operating systems.">
- A strong background in regular expressions (Regex) and Python scripting.">
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence, Perl, and shell scripting is a plus.">
- The ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts.">
- Flexibility to work during day shifts and cover specific coverage periods.">
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.">
