We are seeking a customer-focused, multilingual Technical Solutions Expert to join our Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team. This experienced professional will work closely with clients to resolve complex technical issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
Tek Experts is a leading provider of specialized technology services and support. Our agile, relationship-based approach helps large enterprises thrive in the ever-changing tech landscape.
This role requires an individual who is proficient in both written and oral English and Portuguese, with higher-level technical education preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in technical and customer support, as well as certifications relevant to the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escalate complex or atypical cases to higher-level technical support as needed
- Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases
- Maintain documentation for all cases including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments, prescribed protocols, and processes
Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency and higher education classwork in IT or technical work, or experience with enterprise support
- Proficiency in both written and oral English
- Proficiency in spoken Portuguese
- Certifications relevant to the product are helpful
