Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. As a technical lead for complex network solutions, you'll be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our enterprise customers. Your strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers on complex network configurations
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in cybersecurity

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a technical customer support role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, OSI layers, and routing protocols
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or VMWare
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
