Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Support Specialist to join our Support Engineering team. In this role, you will assume direct responsibility for assigned accounts, drive exceptional service, and act as a customer advocate. You will gain understanding of our partner's technical infrastructure and environment, hardware, and/or product(s), and develop expertise in one or more areas such as advanced storage, networking, clustering, cloud computing, and Linux integration with other environments.
Your responsibilities will include investigating issues reported by customers, managing support escalations and issue prioritization, contributing new articles and maintaining existing knowledge base content, and being available for on-call support out of office hours. If you have experience supporting Linux systems, Kubernetes, OpenStack, virtualization, and other Cloud technologies, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
