**Job Overview**

The Enterprise Support Specialist role involves providing technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer businesses, designing effective solutions, and implementing technical designs in accordance with agreed-upon plans.

Occasionally, you may be responsible for providing detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.

Understands a broad spectrum of company technology to provide part or all of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements.

Frequently leads small to medium-sized technical projects.

Liaises with Solutions Architects as appropriate and provides advice on solution and integration opportunities.

Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities and communicates effectively across client communities.

This role models knowledge sharing and re-use within practice or profession.

Professional certifications are essential, and producing internally published material such as knowledge briefs is expected.

Participates in the selling process and works with sales/principals on pre-sales activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- 3+ years of professional experience in technical support or product delivery.

- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total).

- Advanced English Level.

- Basic Knowledge in Networking and Databases.

- Integration experience with third-party products.

- Linux knowledge and experience.

**Preferred Requirements**

- Scripting and automation tools (Jenkins, Python, Ansible, bash scripting).

- AWS Knowledge or experience.

- Oracle/PostgreSQL knowledge.

- ITIL Certification.

- Experience with ALM and Load Runner Enterprise.

- Software systems testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
