Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of technical support experience, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong conceptual knowledge of cloud architecture, excellent communication skills, and experience with heterogeneous database management systems and programming languages like C#, Python, and SQL.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Thorough troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to work well in ambiguous situations and meet Microsoft's security screening requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for learning advanced BI technologies, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI solutions, and ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes.
