At ModSquad, we're seeking highly skilled Customer Support Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our global network, you'll be working closely with top-tier clients across various industries to provide exceptional support services.
Project Overview:
We're currently looking for talented individuals to work on projects involving customer support for one of the world's leading eBook providers. This role will require strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of availability per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call center or similar environment, with a strong background in providing technical support and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. You'll also need to be proficient in using ticketing systems and have experience working with web and mobile applications.
