We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Payment Resolution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries related to payment transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data entry systems and possess advanced knowledge of bank messages. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- IDentifying time/rate critical buybacks/reissues and taking prompt action to minimize potential loss
- Ensuring appropriate accounting proof is present before taking any repurchase request
- Serving as a bridge between banking partners and internal customers through effective communication
- Initiating the proper bank message to resolve payment breaks, including amendments, recalls, tracers, and bank charges inquiry
- Communicating regularly with correspondent bank networks to resolve payment investigations
