We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Response and Resolution: Reviews complex issues and contacts customers to understand the issue. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue.
- Readiness: Assists in the implementation of end-to-end readiness programs and develops readiness content.
- Product/Process Improvement: Provides feedback to senior engineers or serviceability teams on product functionality based on customer engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience in Devices and Deployment
- Language qualification: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Desirable experience in Windows System Administration, Configuration, including knowledge of Registry, File Storage, User Accounts, Event Logs, Performance Monitor, Networking (TCP, IP)
