**Mission Statement**

Midland Credit Management, Inc. is dedicated to helping consumers achieve financial recovery and stability. We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team and contribute to this mission.

In this role, you'll be responsible for communicating with consumers, resolving disputes, and providing accurate information on collection accounts. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will enable you to handle complex situations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handling consumer inquiries and complaints (55%); addressing credit reporting questions (15%); initiating inter-departmental communications (5%); researching and responding to bankruptcy inquiries (10%); routing calls to specific departments (5%); documenting system information (5%)

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • General office experience with exposure to business processes
  • Language proficiency: Spanish fluent, English verbal and written skills at 70%+ level
