About the Role

As a Technical Support Professional at TTEC Digital, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys working with various systems and software.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Support Professional. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Working closely with Escalation Managers to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions and resolutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Genesys Inbound Voice
  • Genesys Voice Platform
  • Genesys Routing (ORS and URS)
  • Genesys Reporting
  • Genesys Outbound
  • Genesys WFM
  • Knowledge of computer networks, integrations, databases, and Windows and Linux based OS systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
