We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and driving business success.
**Job Overview:**
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers. This includes:
- Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues with our products and their integration into customer environments.
- Mentoring new hires and junior team members to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Validating and identifying potential bugs to be reported, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat).- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve product usability.- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.- Participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration initiatives to enhance team performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- At least 4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the software industry.- Strong expertise in computing (Mac & PC), networking, web browsers, and troubleshooting.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to create API calls using Postman or other tools.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English proficiency required and bilingual skills a plus.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
