Job Description

We're seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using a keyboard or mouse
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • Assist with guest inquiries and concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
