Our Job Offer
We offer a competitive salary in US Dollars, with a minimum of $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide 5 extra days of vacation per year, private medical and dental benefits, and a casual work environment. You will also have the opportunity to work from home or in our office at least 3 days a week, depending on user support needs.
Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing help desk operations, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to users across all time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage help desk operations for third-party independent consultants
- Provide technical support for Office 365, Office Products, Ring Central, and Video Conferencing (Zoom and WebEX)
- Create troubleshooting guides to share knowledge with the team
- Develop and deliver training programs for new users
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of related experience in IT support
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with Office 365, Office Suite, and other Microsoft products
