Are you a creative thinker and a hard worker?
We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at TransPerfect.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional IT services to our employees, including installing and supporting Windows-based hardware and software, responding to support requests, and performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems.
You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining an inventory of all computing equipment, including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
We are looking for someone with a minimum Bachelor's degree, knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), and experience with supporting mobile devices and apps.
You should have knowledge of office productivity software, basic networking and connectivity, virus and malware removal techniques, and the ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems.
The ideal candidate will be able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
You should have exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
A plus if you have working knowledge of a past Helpdesk/Support Ticketing system, experience with Microsoft Active Directory, and knowledge of Mac OS.
