IT Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products. Your primary focus will be on delivering first and second-level technical support, responding to IT-related questions from end-users, and documenting all interactions in our customer ticket system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Responding to IT-related questions from end-users
- Documenting all interactions in the customer ticket system
- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles
- Providing IT onboarding trainings to new starters
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements include:
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with other languages being a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and work self-sufficiently
- Team player and supportive personality
- Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus
