**Our Role in a Nutshell**:

At Dwellworks Costa Rica Ltd, we're seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Manage our help desk, providing support to users across various time zones. Serve as a subject matter expert for Office 365, Office Products, Ring Central, and Video Conferencing tools. Create troubleshooting guides to share knowledge with the team.

**Requirements:**

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 3+ years of related experience. You should have debugging or troubleshooting experience, proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, and knowledge of Office 365 and Office Suite.
