Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing technical coaching, case management, and readiness content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical coaching to Delivery Partner Engineers and Advocates
- Partner with the Support Delivery Manager and CSS Training teams to address readiness gaps
- Own case management duties, including incoming inspection, escalations, and tech reviews
- Create readiness content and contribute to readiness efforts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Manage collaboration activities and contribute to Supportability improvements
- Release Management and Deployment for Delivery Partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and recommend technical, program process, and tool opportunities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership AND 3+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
- 3+ years of prior product, customer support, and/or technical support experience
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring individual contributors
- 1+ year of experience troubleshooting Configuration and Management: App Configuration, API Management Service/Authentication, Security:SSL/TLS Configurations, App Service Certificates/Domains, Azure Web Apps configuration, and setting on both versions Windows/Linux
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
