Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our Microsoft Cloud team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Implement end-to-end readiness programs to ensure seamless support experiences.
- Provide feedback to improve product functionality and processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile devices and customer support via chat or phone.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
