Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and professional image of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming all incoming guests, maintaining a visitor log, and issuing visitor badges
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating logistics
  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, Accounting, and Recruiting teams
  • Screening incoming calls and correspondence
  • Copying and scanning documents, and filing accordingly
  • Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma, although an associate's degree is preferred
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • 1-3 years of office support experience, with a strong background in customer service
  • The ability to communicate professionally and effectively, work in a dynamic environment, and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
