About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by processing check-ins, verifying guest identity, and activating/issuing room keys.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring rates match market codes, documenting exceptions, securing payment, and verifying/adjusting billing.

Additional responsibilities include compiling and reviewing daily reports/logs/contingency lists, completing cashier and closing reports, supplying guests with directions and property information, and accommodating guest requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and software systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
