Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Worldwide. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain alternative accommodations when necessary.
  • Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift and balance receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
