Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor Operations to join our team at Courtyard San Jose Escazu. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Operations: Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, manage room inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
  • Team Management: Supervise front desk staff, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive team dynamic.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or supervisory role in a hotel setting.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and hotel software systems, ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in high-volume situations.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
